Refund Policy: We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of enrollment. Refund requests must be submitted within this period and are subject to our refund policy terms.

Price Changes: Course prices may change at any time. However, enrolled students will not be affected by price changes for their current enrollment.

Certificate Eligibility: Certificates of completion are awarded to students who successfully complete all course requirements within the specified timeframe.

Certificate Validity: Our certificates represent completion of our educational programs but do not constitute professional certification or licensing.

Verification: Certificate authenticity can be verified through our official verification system.

Qotra Learning shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.

Our total liability to you for any damages arising from or related to this agreement shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific course or service giving rise to the claim.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms of Service.
